Your Commitments

Launching into a potentially life-changing journey of redesigning our career can be terrifying! The possibility of regret, choosing the wrong path, and anxiety about the future are very real.

The spirit of this programme is not to dismiss these fears but to embrace them while recognising that, with the guidance of an experienced career coach and the support of a dedicated group, this journey can become less daunting, more successful, and thoroughly enjoyable.

To ensure this remains a positive and rewarding experience for everyone involved, there are certain commitments that you must make.

  • I accept that understanding what, for me, might be a good career direction is a large, complex, and deeply personal question, deserving and requiring my full commitment and dedication.

  • I won’t merely regret the choices I’ve made up to now and the experiences I’ve had. I will see them as lessons, learn from them and stay curious about myself and believe in my potential.

  • I accept that even the apparently most successful careers might in reality be failures. What counts as career success is different for everyone, and no two people define it the same way.

  • I am looking for work that is right for me, rather than a job that fits other people’s definition of “successful”.

  • I accept that a lot of career insights can come from unexpected places and that my past holds a lot of answers to the future I want to create.

  • I understand that evolution is more sustainable than revolution: better won’t be accomplished in 5 dramatic minutes. Profound career changes take time and effort.

  • I shall value the diverse perspectives of my peers, even when (especially when!) they differ from my own. I shall actively engage in collective learning and contribute positively to the group’s journey.

  • I shall trust the process and remain open to learning. I will complete all required assignments on time to ensure my success and that of the group.

Discover the career that's right for you!
